GSL workshops are approximately 2-3 hours each and can be taken individually or as a series for maximum impact. Workshops are conveniently delivered online for individual participants and onsite for corporate clients.
Workshops are designed to be interactive and encourage participation in order to maximize retention and utilization of strategic learnings. GSL workshops are offered continuously throughout the year on a rotating scheduled calendar for the greatest convenience and flexibility of its participants. Workshop size is limited so advanced registration is required.
Participants who successfully complete the Management Series have the opportunity to apply the key concepts and techniques from the workshops through the Global Business Simulation Module. The GBS Module will help participants to not only retain their strategic learnings, but to also apply them in a simulated competitive global environment.
Upon successful completion, participants will receive a Management Assessment Level rating which determines their current management level competency and can be used to help set goals and develop a roadmap to reach the desired management level based on their career goals and ambitions.
